Responsibilities (Not Limited to below mentioned)Managing StaffManaging CustomersManaging other Studio (Office) activitiesWill be mainly responsible for smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team.Some of the critical responsibilities are as below:organizing meetings and managing databasesorganizing company events or conferencesordering stationery and furnituredealing with correspondence, complaints and queriespreparing letters, presentations and reportssupervising and monitoring the work of staffassisting in managing office budgetsliaising with staff, suppliers and clientsimplementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systemsdelegating tasks to junior employeesusing a range of software packagesattending meetings with senior managementkeeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.Should possess effective, clear and smart communication skills to deal with international and domestic clients. (Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati)MS office knowledge is a must.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹7,000.00 per monthExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
