• Complete ownership of Key accounts maintaining a sustainable and mutually profitable growth on business.

• Build a long term strategic partnership with institutional donor organisations, large foundations and corporates.

• Use data resources available across business metrics to build deeper insights for customers on a regular basis.

• Manage and own complete P&L across customers effectively.

• Understanding of Customer P&L, business & philanthropy linked decisions.

• Manage and Coordinate onboarding, platform integration, programme portfolio, performance metrics

• Streamline processes and systems to maximise customer experience.

• Responsible for the sales numbers

• Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver these numbers

• Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership

• Analyse and identify how we can scale customer engagement

• Be a trusted advisor to the key accounts on all things user engagement & retention

• Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named accounts

• Continuously create new growth avenues for customers on the platform with deeper engagements.

• Look to partner on Out of platform marketing solutions which can propel faster outreach and increased efficiency in programme implementation for the customer brand on the platform.

• Ability to resolve customer issues, escalate to right internal stakeholders to resolve all issues quickly yet effectively

• Be on top of competitive landscape in terms of customer positioning in the ecosystem

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per month

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 6 years (Required)
• CA: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
