1. Monitoring of Material Requirements across sites Vs Consumptions in SAP. Tracking Sheet to be maintained for actions.

2. Daily Procurement reports preparation, analysis and maintaining monthly MIS sheet from PR.

3. Responsible to Source, Negotiate and Purchase Materials & Services from domestic vendors which includes Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, , Civil and General Services.

4. Floating RFQ, Follow up for Quotations and Evaluation of quotations in Techno Commercial perspective to ensure that they are in line with tender requirement. Negotiation of technically accepted offers for best Price, Terms & Conditions and preparing detailed MOM.

5. Processing order approval as per the Management workflow. Creation of Purchase order in SAP, processing approval and issuing to vendors post approval.

6. Ensuring all vendors must be registered with ARIBA and it is linked with SAP prior issuance of PO. Training n ARIBA to respective area of vendor for effective usage and implementation.

7. Follow up of orders with Expediting team as and when required with vendors to ensure that material is delivered on time as per the project requirement.

8. Interaction with the internal departments such as MM for processing the GRN, Quality for Clearance, Accounts for Payment status etc wherever there is a discrepancy.

9. Interaction with Project Team for the progress of the work, Performance of the vendors and arranging alternative vendors in place of non-performing vendors.

10. Vendor development for alternate source of supply and service.

11. Coordination with new vendors for obtaining all relevant doc’s and sharing with Authorized CMG team as per prescribed format for registration in SAP.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should possess Degree in Diploma/Engineering/MBA will be an added advantage.
• Should have minimum of 1 years’ experience in Procurement / Supply Chain. Freshers with good academic background and Qualification will be considered.
• Candidates who have hands on experience in IT tools will be an added advantage.
• Should have excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills, timely decision making and dealing with ambiguity.

Contract length: 11 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹33,000.00 per month
