Looking for a senior customer service executive to manage inbound customer calls and inquiries for moving services along with coordination with multiple crews via email, text messages, and calls for USA moving and delivery business.

Shift timings: US Shift: 8pm to 5am (Should be flexible with timings)
Work Culture: 6 days a week and Sunday fixed off
Location: Additional M.I.D.C, Ambernath East
