Full Job Description
Have an urgent opening for “Front Desk Cum Admin Executive” in our corporate office.
Experience : 3-4years
Location : Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Qualification : Graduation/ Master’sJob Responsibilities:
1. Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere.
2. answering the Phone Calls taking messages and forward the call to the respective executive.
3. organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
4. creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
5. Responsible to maintain the Visitor entry in software
6. Receive letters, Courier, packages etc. and distribute them to the concern person
7. Responsible to maintain the inward & outward register
8. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
9. Check, sort and forward emails
10. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
11. Keep updated records and files
12. Monitor office expenses and costs
13. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
14. Responsible for admin related work (eg.- Stationary, stock, Desktop, IT items records and many more)
Required Skills:
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Good proficiency in Computer ( MS Office)
3. Should be keen learner & enthusiasm
