Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails.
– Education – 12th/ Graduation mandatory
– Experience Criteria: – 6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care mandatory

- Fluent Hindi skills – Ability to Speak
JOB DESCRIPTION: –
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
