Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in job posting and advertising vacancies.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
Conduct employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Employee Records Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Process personnel changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Benefits Administration:Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Support open enrollment and benefits enrollment processes.
Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues.
Payroll Assistance:Provide payroll information by collecting and verifying timekeeping data.
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports for review.
Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of current HR best practices and legal requirements.
Employee Relations:Handle employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support conflict resolution processes as needed.
Training and Development:Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Track employee training and development activities.
Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation.
Maintain the HR filing system.
