Title: Project Lead

Locations: Delhi or Bengaluru

Experience: 7+ Years

Overview: This position is a mid-senior level full time position whose principal aim is to e ectively

scale a brand new program on early childhood stimulation for children from Birth-to-Three years

across various Indian states. The Project Lead will be responsible for the recruitment, supervision

and development of a Product Manager, a Subject Matter Expert, and a Program Manager.

Key Results

• Increase parent and anganwadi participation in the whatsapp based program for Birth to Three.
• Parent and anganwadi workers improvement in Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices associated with Birth-to-Three.
• Increased interest and support to and from the central government and relevant state governments in Birth-to-Three.
• Effective and motivated performance by team members.

Key Activities

• Building out proof of concept
• Product development for scale
• Stakeholder management
• Leadership
• End-to-end project management to take the Birth-to-Three Project from pilot to scale.
• Design and testing of various programmatic elements including launch plans, training, field operations.
• Design and testing of various nudges, campaigns, learning journeys to increase user-engagement at scale.
• Overseeing product and tech development for one-on-one communication at scale in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Overseeing content development and running experiments to improve quality over time.
• Monitoring and Evaluation to measure effectiveness of the program and to understand scope of impact.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with various government partners to improve their understanding of the program and to increase their engagement and investment in training over time.
• Regularly travel to the eld to understand the users and to translate
• Hire, train and grow a team of colleagues committed to their own learning and ensure communication among team members is frequent and effective.

• Weekly updates and Quarterly reports
• All communication requirements and protocols
• Implementation of the Birth-to-Three program across various states.
• All support, safety, goal setting and training needs for your team
