Job Overview:
The Workday Analyst performs a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS) functions ranging from system configuration to reporting and end user support. In this role, you will work with a team to manage the learning and talent aspects of Rocket’s Workday system. The Workday Analyst works independently under general direction and will support the HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, HR Operations Team and Employees across all levels at Rocket. The Workday Analyst has keen attention to detail, loves solving problems and leveraging best practices for systems and content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Hands on experience configuring the Workday Learning and Talent modules.
Actively utilizes resources such as Workday Community to remain ahead of upcoming functionality and solutions.
Provides support, inbound and outbound troubleshooting, and the day-to-day administration of Workday to end users.
Management of Learning, Succession Planning, Talent and Performance business processes.
Capability to build and evolve Workday dashboards for reporting at all levels of the organization to support decision making.
Delivers routine reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests ranging from basic to complex.
Communicates systems changes that will impact the team or user experience.
SupportstheHR team in building and maintaining connections for learning vendor file feeds.
Assistsand supports others onchallengingassignments and problems as directed.
Acts as primary contact for assigned function with outside organizations or other departments; respond to technical,administrative questions and ensuresnecessaryfollow up.
Can design, test and implement new functionality.
Can manage eLearning packages (SCORM, AICC, xAPI & cmi5).
Can manage learning vendor integrations (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business).
Uploads, tests and updates new learning objects into the LMS catalog from multiple formats.
Capability to manage competencies and understands connection to other processes.
Considers usability and end-user experience in all design and configuration.
Required Qualifications:
At leastfiveyears’ experience working with HR and Learning Management Systems within a corporate HR department.
Involvement supporting or running an HRIS upgrade or system migration.
Knowledge of principles, practices,and standards of human resource administration intheassigned area.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office – Specifically Excel.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Systems, HR or other Information Technology. Completion of Workday delivered training courses would be an advantage.
