Job Description
- Responsible for Inter-company Payments.
- Interacting with bankers for closure of IDPMS.
- Assist in controlling preparation of management reports for better controlling of balance sheet items and interacting with stakeholders to resolve the aged items.
- Analysis of GL(s) to provide sufficient causals at month end reporting.
- Fixed asset accounting and Reconciliations. Maintain Statutory Fixed Assets Register.
- Inventory Accounts Reconciliations & preparation of Statutory Inventory Schedules.
- Adherence to accounting policies and procedures of the company.
- Maintaining internal accounting controls, follow up with stakeholders & mitigate risk to avoid audit observations.
- Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
