Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• To assist and manage property in achieving Sales and Operations target.

• Run operations smoothly and tacking the day to day hassles
• Providing unmatched services to the guest.
• Assist staff for their performance and and help them attain their maximum potential.

• Maintaining hygiene and quality to deliver best services.

• Assisting the maintenance team and making sure the timely addressable of all issues.

Education and Experience

• A smart graduate, with prior experience of min 10 years on the same position.
• Soft spoken and pleasing personality.
• Ability to adapt in every situation.
• Knowledge of operations in hotel industry.
• Sincere and multi facet personality with good communication skills.
