Job Description

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure Denis machines cleaning, unloading bays cleaning before startup of unloading activity in coordination with contractors

2. Ensure daily Maize entries vehicle wise/ Silo wise in coordination with stores department without any backlogs

3. Ensure maize issue bookings in ERP correctly based on the consumption from corresponding silos

4. Ensure Dust, Cobs, Broken maize entries in ERP on daily basis

5. Ensure Empty gunny bags loading activity and related gate pass handover to stores department

6. Ensure Rejection documents to be handed over to stores effectively on everyday basis

7. Ensure gate pass for the Maize vehicles (Empty, Partially rejected or Fully rejected trucks or vehicles) in absence of the store’s representatives after G shift

8. Ensure the % deduction calculation for the deviated maize in coordination with QA department for the deviated maize vehicles

9. Ensure the concurrence with the truck driver for the deduction % by taking signature

10. Maintaining the manual registers related to Maize accounting – Silo wise

11. Ensure counting of the PP bags and Gunny bags in the truck after unloading and writing the PP bags count at the back side of the weighment slips

12. Generate Maize movement reports, EGB reports every month before 11am on 1st of every month

Experience: 4 to 8 years in inventory / raw material handling

Academics: Must be a graduate.
