Job Purpose

Manager-RSA (Road Side Assistance) will be responsible to work with vendor and dealers in improving customer satisfaction during breakdown. The resource will Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in improving digital touch point of customer journey related to RSA.

Key Responsibilities

Regular monitoring & review of RSA (Road Side Assistance)

Creating schemes to improve RSA retail product penetration

Monitoring Intervention Rate (IR), P&L of the RSA business

Converting manual customer touch points to digital process for better customer satisfaction

Periodical review of Intervention Rate in terms of Repair on Spot (ROS) and towing cases

Coordinating with dealer & vendor team for improving network

Work Experience

Education

Bachelors in Engineering / Technology (Automobile)

Experience

8+ years of experience in service planning and marketing in a two wheeler Industry
