Royal Jewelry & Watches Hiring for Customer Service Rep at Mumbai Full Time

We are an Atlanta based company working in the Jewelry Industry and are looking for a customer service representative that is able to interact in fluent English language with our customers with regards to their custom jewelry orders. The position is remote, whereby the agent can work from home.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers through messaging platforms and voice calls
• Loading queries/requests from customers on to the company’s platform to initiate design process
• Prioritizing orders for customers and between customers based on customer needs
• Communicating with manager regarding customer queries and concerns

Skills

• Must have Good Command and fluency in communicating in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Good Memory to recall things easily
• Comfortable with using WhatsApp as a means of communication with customers
• Immediate communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple accounts at a same time
• Basic computer knowledge, with preferred Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Fast learner and ability to prioritize work
• Needs to be Organized and should have good management skill

Hours

• 11am – 7 pm (Eastern Standard Time)
• Monday – Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
