RP Sanjiv Goenka Group Hiring for Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent for various positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates for open positions.
Screen Resumes
Conduct Initial Interviews
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Support Recruitment Marketing Efforts: Assist in creating job postings and recruitment marketing content to attract top talent.
Engage with Candidates: Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
Proactive and eager to take initiative, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
