Job responsibilities :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics field

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience with Hardware Test /Production Engineering domain

• Highly motivated and able to work well in both team and solo settings

• Motivated individual with strong trouble shooting problem-solving and analytic skills

• Ability to manage the testing technicians’ team to meet the daily targets

• Knowledge on test instruments usage (AC/DC source, CRO, DMM, CL-200 Etc.)

• The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical lead to communicate the technical approach, and technical decisions

• The ability to read and understand the test specification and process documents of Aerospace domain.

• Knowledge of test fixtures and jigs, automatic test equipment’s is preferred

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control needed

• Should be aware of Industry 4.0

• Six sigma Green Belt preferred.

• BE with 4 to 6 years of experience
