Position Overview

The Production Supervisor oversees the production team and ensures that manufacturing processes operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management:
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor production metrics such as output, efficiency, and downtime, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and compliance with standards.
• Address personnel issues and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and adhere to company specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and resolve non-conformance issues promptly.

Salary : 22k 45k per month
