JOB DESCRIPTION: –
- Handling inbound or outbound calls
- Addressing Queries through Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
- Handling escalation (RM help-desk).
- Solving queries through inter-department co-ordination.
- Call Monitoring and Sending Quality report and give Feedback.
- Note: – Candidate needs to have 1 years experience as customer care executive.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
