Co odinating with Sales and pricing for container booking.

• Placing bookings with Shipping lines, following up with lines, validating and confirming all shipment bookings
• Building customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers/ Shipping lines.
• Fetching and issuing correct vessel schedule from shipping line to Customer
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department for handling and respond with an answer to the customer
• Use daily customer service report to make sure all release requirements have been met before container pickup

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
