Candidate should have experience of Marketing & Business development in Automotive Rubber Industry or automotive industry OEM marketing experience.

Responsibilities  Measure marketing programs effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and deliver output in terms of new business development.  Achieve Business Plan and Customer Acquisition as per the predefined business plan targets.  Identify Global business markets and export opportunities for existing products as well as identify new-value adding products to add in the product portfolio.  Effectively manage a team of 3-5 people and delegate accordingly.  Effectively communicate with overseas clients and participate in Global trade fairs on behalf of the company.  Identify trending Customer Relationship management techniques and effectively utilize company’s ERP software to enhance marketing performance and build stronger relationships.  Participate in organization’s growth-strategy planning by conducting a market research on Industry trends, competitors etc (SWOT Analysis and PELTEL Analysis)  Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms.  Manage customer projects from RFQ Generation to SOP.  Settle commercials with customers. 

Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.  Must have knowledge of costing.  10+ years’ experience in Rubber Industry or automotive industry  Should have a good professional network and further build the Network by attending conferences as well as on LinkedIn.  Have Automotive Rubber commodity knowledge or automotive industry  Good contact with OEM customer end ( TATA motors, Bajaj, Ashok Layland, Eicher, Piaggio  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English Speaker)  Excellent multitasking and project management skills.

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
