Requirement:

Night Shift folks only!!

• Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative, Cold Calling Expert, Call center Sales Representative and BPO background.
• Proficiency in English

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
• Strong Customer/Client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Having experience in US Logistics will be a plus
• Fresher, Intern can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
