Office administration, (manage facility, attending phone calls, handling visitors, support )
➢ Handling, management and administration of different management software
➢ Reviewing resumes and applications
➢ On boarding & off boarding process of staff
➢ Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
➢ Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
➢ Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
➢ Client management-Explanation of fee structure & procedures to client
➢ Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
➢ Maintaining project accounts
➢ Liasoning with Chartered Accountant and clients accountant to maintain all accounts.
➢ Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
➢ Support in company accounting
➢ Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
➢ Conducting Client briefings regarding projects
➢ Administrative works
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
