Under general supervision responsible for developing and publishing training agenda/calendar for Sabre customers as well as internal teams, including the upload of content, method, media and documentation to be presented. Applying adult learning theories, administer assessments and has a strategic view of the offer/demand.
Interfaces with customer and functional experts within the organization. Coordinate’s training schedules and creates new options whenever needed. Serving as a liaison with departments or individuals to ensure existing training programs meet and/or exceed customer needs.
Coordination of version releases into the training environment and contents of training documentation.
May be required managing and participating in projects to increase overall efficiency within the global team including active involvement during the project design, development and testing.
Participating in regularly scheduled team and regional meetings/calls as an advocate of the training offering.
Acting as an agent of innovation by injecting creativity into existing and new initiatives.
Cross team interaction to be always on top of latest updates and enhancements which should also be applicable to create or adjust different training offers.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years Product Support experience or similar. Someone energetic who can administrate workload, coordinate priorities, and adjust as needed.
Good communication written and verbal, and excellent customer service as will be interacting with internal and external customers
Ability to handle multiple projects or ad-hoc projects, work under pressure. Demonstrates flexibility and adapt to changes quickly.
Demonstrates full requirements of the functional area, exercises judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate action.
Applies fundamental skills, concepts, practices and procedures to complete moderate to difficult assignments, refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Able to take decisions and actions which have impact on success of a team. department or customers.
Language English is a must.
Familiar with Dashboard data and familiar with Excel spreadsheets work and data analysis (pivot/ graphs)
LMS/Training knowledge is a plus
Education & Experience
Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to handle multiple projects. Strong organizational skills to manage different tasks simultaneously. Ability to handle multiple projects or adhoc projects, work under pressure, a role model/leader during training and flexibility to adapt to changes quickly. Presentation skills as well as adult learning background / knowledge will be considered as a plus. Able to adjust to different and varied audience.
