SAEL Limited Looking For SAEL – Manager/Senior Manager – Legal at Delhi, Delhi, Full Time

• Drafting, reviewing, vetting and rendering advice and directing on legal issues involving contracts.
• Reviewing and preparing general correspondence, notices, letters etc.
• Providing support to other in house departments on various regulatory compliance and with government authorities.
• Preparing MIS of ongoing Cases and Agreements.
• Assist in review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Advisory to various business line / departments of the Company on various legal issues.
• Assist the Reporting Manager in various legal advisory work as may be assigned.
• Ability to communicate and articulate legal issues effectively with colleagues at all levels and across different jurisdictions.
• Strong drafting and legal analytical skills
• Ability to timely and appropriately identify risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and control legal risks in a constructive manner.
• Preferably 5-7 years experience in renewable energy sector.
