The role in a nutshell :
As a GEO HR Services Customer Care Associate you will be the first point of contact for any of our customers, who have questions or issues to address, providing consultative support to an assigned client base. Combining a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions, you will help customers get the most value from our products.
This role includes interaction with customers on behalf of our company, answering both general and specific customer questions, along with processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customers inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.
How you will make a difference
Respond to client queries in a timely and professional way, via phone or email
Follow up with clients to ensure their operations issues are resolved
Escalate client queries as appropriate
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
Resolving client challenges, managing database records, drafting status reports on client service issues
Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to client queries
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot client challenges
Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
What will give you an advantage :
The job holder should ideally be holding Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client facing role.
It will be a good plus if you have HR administration/ coordination or implementation experience.
You must be a self-direct individual with initiative and very proficient in problem solving.
Also you need to be strong verbal and written fluency in English and geographical cultural knowledge
International exposure to the work assignment
Last but not least you need to be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and be very attentive to details.
