We’re LOOKING for:

➡ Dean in the Computer Science & Engineering Department

🔸 Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• A distinguished record of teaching, research, and service in the field of computer science and engineering
• A strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• A proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, vision, and strategic direction to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering
• Managing academic operations and resources
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the quality of academic programs and research
• Promoting innovation and creativity in teaching, research, and community engagement
• Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion among students, faculty, and staff
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
• Encouraging and supporting faculty research and scholarly activity

🔸 Experience: Minimum 5 years of significant experience in higher educational institutions. Industrial Experience is also preferred.
