Sage Publications Hiring for Senior Finance Executive at India Full Time

Processing the business transaction pertaining to accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness, Role also require working as a global team member in the framework of the local governance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Reconcile the bank accounts on a weekly basis and communicate any reconciling items with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

• Hold regular meetings with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure any reconciling items on the bank reconciliations, clearing accounts or suspense accounts are cleared before month end.

• Revalue the bank accounts monthly

• Preparation of fixed asset and intangible journals and reconciliation of these accounts

• Preparation of other month end journals including but not limited to prepayments, accruals, payroll and royalty accruals

• Passing the revenue related journals entry.

• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for all areas within responsibility

• Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Accountant, Financial Controller or Finance Director

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
