Supply Planning and Fulfilment

“1. Release monthly & weekly production plan for Regional Production Centres/ CPs, basis SAP APO output & Stock flow report

• Review the production plan with the Regional Manufacturing Head/Operationas Manager/ CP Officers 3. Conduct Weekly Nodal meeting & ensure FG/RM/PM availability concerns are addressed
• Ensure compliance to Production Plan 5. GT stock aging review and followup with Depot and sales for liquidation”

Expected Outputs – Ensure minimum 95% Stock availability to Daily Sales Plan

Inter-regional Movement

“1. Coordinate with other regional planners to ensure timely Supply of IRT – in stocks

• Ensure compliance to the Inter-regional plan through adequate tracking and review mechanism 3. Enusre Freshness of stocks for both IRT in & out SKUs”

Expected Outputs – Ensure minimum 95% Stock availability to Daily Sales Plan

Ensure MT availability

“1. Co-ordinate with the MT accounts Manager for Supply basis orders 2. Ensure depatch planning is done taking MT IDT plans in to account

• Review Stock ageing of MT specific SKUs and co-ordinate for liqudiation/ shelf life relaxation”

Expected Outputs – Ensure MT FR is above 90%

Ensure Exports availability

“1. Co-ordinate with the Exports Manager for monthly Export Plan & Supply

• Ensure Export plan is met witin timelines & with complete adhearance to the plan
• Review Stock ageing of Export specific SKUs and co-ordinate for liqudiation with the Export manager”

Expected Outputs – Ensure that atleast 100% of Export orders are billed each month
