Responsibility

• Check and Reply on emails
• Calling to those customer who wants call back (written on email)
• Outbound Calling (IVR)
• Outbound Calling (Pending Payment on Website)
• Outbound Calling to those customers who sent offline messages.
• Calling and convincing to those customers who request for cancellation of their order
• Taking Follow-up with the customers as well as the relevant department.
• Generate Sales out of Provided calling Data

Person Specification

• Good English communication skills, adapting your style to suit the customer and their needs
• Be able to provide excellent customer service, solving problems that. other retailers ignore
• Good in Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Min Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
