Responsibility
- Check and Reply on emails
- Calling to those customer who wants call back (written on email)
- Outbound Calling (IVR)
- Outbound Calling (Pending Payment on Website)
- Outbound Calling to those customers who sent offline messages.
- Calling and convincing to those customers who request for cancellation of their order
- Taking Follow-up with the customers as well as the relevant department.
- Generate Sales out of Provided calling Data
Person Specification
- Good English communication skills, adapting your style to suit the customer and their needs
- Be able to provide excellent customer service, solving problems that. other retailers ignore
- Good in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Min Graduate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
