📍 Location: Faridabad (Urban & Rural Projects – including Tigaon, Ballabgarh)

🕓 Type: Full-time (On-site)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Mobile Recharge + Conveyance Allowance.

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities, ensure timely labour deployment, and maintain quality standards as per approved drawings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in labor handling, inventory tracking, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Labour arrangement and on-site labour management

• Execute construction work as per drawings and quality standards

• Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and coordination

• Inventory and stock management on-site

• Material requirement planning and consumption tracking

• Safety and compliance adherence at the site

• Supervise staff and subcontractors

• Coordinate with engineers and project managers on timelines and targets

• Two wheeler required.

Qualifications

✅ Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision

✅ Strong understanding of project budgeting, safety norms, and scheduling

✅ Hands-on experience in labour management and material planning

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure

✅ Willingness to work full-time on-site across Faridabad and surrounding areas
