Responsibility

• Manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, advertising job openings, and monitoring application status
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess employee performance, identify job vacancies, and track retention rates
• Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
• Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
• Develop and build the company’s recruitment strategy
• Implement and monitor the goals and targets of the recruitment process
• Hold meetings with managers to discuss talent requirements, the efficiency of the recruitment process and alter the strategy as required
• Build a list of qualified candidates to fill open positions
• Screen potential candidates to evaluate if they are the right fit for open positions
• Maintain and organize candidate records and data

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
