• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• · Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• · Maintain files and contact lists on all executive mobile devices.
• · Maintain and update company databases (license renewals, rent etc)
• · Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• · Answer queries by employees and clients
• · Arrange travel and accommodations as per the management instructions
• · Schedule in-house and external events
• · Preparing projects on company cost cutting
• · Dealing with contractors, government officials, equipment’s suppliers for sitting up a new office outlets or building

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
