**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will join our team at Onxx Staffing Solutions as a Sales Growth Strategist for AMC, working closely with mutual fund distributors and registered investment advisors. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build lasting relationships.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Meet or exceed quarterly targets for sales growth and revenue expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mutual fund distributors and registered investment advisors.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall customer experience.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or MBA in any field.

• At least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in an asset management company (AMC) or other financial services organizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
