🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Drive sales by onboarding farmers, distributors, and channel partners in your territory.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the go-to person for channel partners, managing their financial matters and fostering strong relationships.

Demand Generation: Actively participate in early morning field-level planning and demand generation.

Daily Reviews: Join night meetings to review daily performance and progress.

Collections: Manage and ensure timely collections from channel partners.

📋 Requirements

BSc or MSc in Agriculture

2–4 years of experience in agri-inputs or micro irrigation

Deep knowledge of channel economics – credit periods, dealer/distributor margins, and credit limits

Hands-on experience working directly with farmers

Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
