We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales CRM Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, scheduling meetings and demos, and managing customer databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives in customer relations, including preparing quotes and tracking sales targets.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate sales team meetings and events.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in marketing or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Required Skills

The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
