Alternate Saturday’s & Sunday Off

Job Role :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Manage large amounts of inbound phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Follow up on Non delivery list.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

• Day shift

• New Delhi, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
