Full Job Description
Responsibilities:Manage office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, redirecting them as necessary.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials.Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices and expenses.Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and scanning.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹26,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceProvident FundSchedule:Monday to FridayMorning shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
