Job Summary:
The Medical Sales Representative (MSR) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for the company’s products within a designated territory. The MSR will achieve this by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Increase market share by promoting the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
• Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals to address their needs and concerns.
• Product Promotion:
• Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote the company’s products.
• Distribute product samples and promotional materials to healthcare professionals.
• Market Research and Intelligence:
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical and medical fields.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and product feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex medical information.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Working Conditions:
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and attend industry events.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet with customers and achieve sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 – ?30,000.00 per month
