Position- Recruiter – Non-IT (Pan India)

Location- Gurugram

Type of Job- Off roll

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs.
• Source high-quality candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases & referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill roles in consumer electronics & Mobile div.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
• Responsible for Scheduling interviews and getting a final selection completed.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and pre onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for effective sourcing and pipeline management.
• Track and report sourcing metrics: conversion rates, time-to-source, and talent pool quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Note: Someone from similar industry or consulting will be preferred.
