We are seeking a dynamic and innovative content developer to join our team at an automobile company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering high-quality content that supports the sales, process, and product training needs of our organization. This role will require creativity, collaboration, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop and design creative content for sales, process, and product training programs

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver content on-time and within budget

Utilize a variety of mediums, including video, e-learning, interactive simulations, and written materials

Develop the product/process/soft skills training module that may include one or more of the following:

Ensure content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with the company’s brand and values

Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales, process, and product training

Handout

Undertake research work (authentic online sources, technical manuals, service bulletins, automotive handbooks, existing modules, etc.) to identify sources of information required for development.

Requirements

Graduate or B.E. in Automobiles/Mechanical or similar

3+ years of experience in content development preferred

Freshers with good knowledge in automobiles can be considered

Good Knowledge in Automobiles preferred

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about creating engaging and effective training programs

Good command over Microsoft PowerPoint.

Fair knowledge of picture editing, along with Audio/video editing preferred

Well versed with online search engines [Google, Autocar, Wikipedia, etc.]

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi

Must be Creative and have good Eye for detail with Analytical bend of mind
