PRIMARY DUTIES
More specifically, as an Administrative Assistant, you will:
· Provide administrative and secretarial support to create and produce a wide variety of reports and correspondence such as confidential reports, letters, memos and e-mails;
. Collect, research, record, compile, analyze and prepare information for various confidential reports;
· Establish and maintain databases and spreadsheets;
· Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute notes of meetings, including any follow-up actions required;
· Coordinate and organize the management of team members’ records;
· Monitor and maintain budget;
· Create and track attendance, overtime and absences;
· Receive, track, forward and/or follow-up on all incoming information and mail;
· Arrange for temporary staff support, as required;
· Provide leadership in the development and implementation of services;
. Other related duties, as assigned.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
