Sanius Health is an AI-powered patient-generated data platform with a focus on accelerating personalised medicine, drug discovery and clinical research for cancer treatment, haematological malignancies, haematological disorders and rare diseases. As Patient Acquisition Support you will…

• Create engaging patient communications to keep programme adherence at 100%
• Engage with external clients and potential customers, be they patients, providers, or researchers
• Be responsible for customer experience (and ideally have demonstrable previous experience in this area)
• Analyse previous patient acquisition efforts to see what works – and what doesn’t work – for our unique user base.
• Efficiently prioritise and manage your workload
• Report on the successes of your work and track KPIs
• Have great attention to detail and an understanding of what makes a great customer experience
