Job Description :- Customer Relationship Executive (Female)

Good Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.

Responsibilities: –

Keeping Front Desk tidy and presentable.

Greet and Welcome customers at site and brief them about project and group.

Collect their basic information and arrange a meeting with sales staff

Ensure that complete site office and sample flat is well maintained

Every weekend conduct some activity at site to engage the customers and do follow up calls

Participate in sales promotion activities

Answer All Incoming Calls and Redirect Them or Keep Messages.

Receive Letters, Packages Etc. and Distribute Them.

Monitor Office Supplies and Place Orders When Necessary.

Keep Updated Records and Monitor Office Expenses and Costs.

Ensure All the Cleaning/Dusting Done At Office Premises And All The Seating Space Are Arranged.

Attendance of All the Employees to Be Taken and Shared Further

Ensure Discipline.
