Hubilo Hiring for UX/ UI Designer at India, Remote, India Full Time

Hubilo’s Growth Marketing team is looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our web and email assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online/digital user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends through competitor and (B2B) industry research, gathering and understanding business requirements (asking questions as needed to increase speed/ efficiency of creative process), creating prototypes, and clearly articulating how your design solves for the business need. You will bring both creativity as well as diligence to your work given our fast-paced, agile work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, commitment to flawless execution/ production, excellent communication skills (asking questions early and often to prevent rounds of revisions), a desire to continually learn and improve your own skill set, and comfortability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

In order for you to thrive in this role, you will bring a strong portfolio of modern web and email designs, preferably with experience in B2B technology or SaaS products. You will be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as well as have experience in designing and developing in Webflow as well as solid understanding and knowledge of Marketo (or comparable ESP/EMS).

• Develop engaging innovative web and email experiences (focusing on mobile and responsive design as well as accessibility standards)

• Maintain and explore design identity aesthetics per brand and oversee projects from concept, execution, delivery to QA testing

• Research customers, competitors, and products to deliver designs that are modern, relevant and follow industry best practices

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements

• Ability to present low and high fidelity prototypes and mock-ups e to key stakeholders that clearly articulates how this design solves the business requirement

• Work autonomously and be self-motivated to deliver high-volume and high-quality outputs

• Exceptional teamwork skills and able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Have a good natured, flexible, approach to design and coding

• Provide regular status updates to team members and managers

• Openness to feedback and interest in applying results from past projects to improve future designs

Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field

• Excellent time management skills

• Working knowledge of UX design principles

• Demonstrable graphic and UX/ UI design skills with a strong portfolio

• Direct experience designing and developing in Webflow

• experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

• Direct experience designing, coding and building modern email templates

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

• Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch

• UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision

• Experience with user testing and usability analysis

• Understanding of how ESPs work in relation to testing and deployment

• Experience with Marketo email platform or comparable tools (Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot)
