SANPAR Microfilters Pvt Ltd Hiring for Field Service Engineer at Jamshedpur Full Time

Looking for ITI ( Refrigeration) Field Service Engineer with 2 to 5 year experience in the field of HVAC or Refrigeration industry.

Installation and Commissioning

· Obtain the ICD with the details of the customer

· Visit the customer site and inform the customer on the requirements for installation

· Install and commission the products at the customer site

· Explain and train the customer to operate the product

· Prepare and send the installation and commissioning report to the superior

· Document all Maintenance/Repair and manage equipment’s records

Periodic maintenance

· Schedule the routine and periodic maintenance to minimize downtime and stoppage in the customer site

· Communicate the spares requirement for free replacement to the superior

· Ensure the spares required are available

Troubleshooting & Breakdown Maintenance

· Visit the customer site within the set timelines

· Troubleshoot and identify the problem in the system

· Inform the customer and the superior about the problems

ASC & Spare Part Sales

· Meet the set targets for ASC and spare part sales for the region consistently

· Establish contact and develop relationship with the customers

· Interact with customer and understand the need of the customer

· Explain the benefits of ASC to the customer

· Consult the superior on the commercial terms

· Negotiate with the customer on the price and timelines

· Provide the information on the customer, the customer requirement and commercial terms to the Customer Service team in the Corporate for preparing the proposal

· Follow-up with the customer for closure on the proposal

· Follow-up with the customer on pending payments

· Follow-up with the transporters for delivery of materials required for service

· Update the status of proposals, customer interactions, meetings in the system

· Collate feedback from customers on product features, quality, customer needs etc. to enable the Technical department to improve and develop new products

· Inform the superior about the customer’s expansion plans

MIS

Prepare and submit a daily/weekly/monthly report to the superior on the:

Installation and Commissioning reports

Servicing reports

Spare part sales report

ASC sales report

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
