Hiring For A Leading Hospital:Roles and Responsibilities :Scheduling & fixing up appointments (Personal & Official) for Director/COOManaging daily calendar & setting up reminders for meetings, eventsManaging & Processing all travel related documentation including itinerary, Hotel Accommodation,Boarding passes, RTPCR report, health declaration & travel InsuranceResearching travel deals & finding the best pricesArranging Travel Accommodation for the Business VisitorsCoordinating with the team members for getting Important Data & Reports of the on- going projects & submitting the same to the DirectorScheduling Team Meetings & Business Clients meetings as per Directors instruction & making necessary arrangements for the meetingProviding Administrative Support to the Team Members for the smooth functioning of the team in the absence of Director /COOManaging Credit Card Bills of the Director/COO & Coordinating with accounts for timely paymentsVerifying Travel bills & obtaining approval from DirectorMonitoring & record keeping of any important paymentsReservation of Conference Room for any meetings to be scheduledEnsuring necessary arrangements before the meetingCoordinating with HR for Scheduling Interviews to the Candidates as per Director’s/COO availabilityCoordinating for day to day courier dispatchesTracking the Courier status & ensuring timely deliveriesMaintaining file records of Director personal documents such as ID Proof, Education documents & other important documentsKeeping file records of important payments madeMaintaining important documents & AgreementsWork Location : West Mambalam , Chennaicontact us at 9176033506/9791033506Immediate Joiners Preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One locationSpeak with the employer+91 9176033506
