1. Manage front desk with better reception to visitors and employees2. Maintaining visitors register, employee register, courier register.3. Maintaining assets register. Taking care of asset contracts, servicing4. Managing Phone call lines.5. Taking care of House Keeping, Office Hygiene, Stationaries, Patty Cash.6. Helping company employees by data entry in software.7. Maintaining vendor register and coordinating with them.8. Other office Administration work.Skills Required1. Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication2. Excellent at email communications and draftingComputer Literacy: Should be well conversant with MS Office applicationsi.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonus
