KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Successfully working on ERP & Material Tracking App.
• Checking of Inventory report with a physical report every month.
• Determine the flow of Material with Supply and Demand Patterns & Inventory Costs.
• Making GRN & Inventory Control (ERP-Based).
• Reconciliation of material for Auditors’ report every month.
• Managing Store and Purchase.
• Maintain material Inward/Outward registers.
• Received material from the vendor as per purchase order.
• Vehicle measurement checking.
• Incoming material inspection report.
• Monthly stock statement.
• Monthly material reconciliation.
• Monthly physical stock verification report.
• The material issue is as per the monthly plan.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Client material handling and Reconciliation.
• Take material requisition from P.M/Site Engineers then checking in a stock register that the same material is available in Store if not available in Stock after making Purchase requisition.
• Market survey and collect Quotation from the vendor.
