About the team:

The SAP Customer Experience (CX) Development team is committed to deliver best-in-class and leading-edge Cloud based Sales solutions designed to meet line-of-business needs.

The C4C Next Generation Products Development team is working in a Scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing products as part to C4C solution. AI/ML is also used to provide intelligent insights to the customers to assist them to better manage and execute their pipeline. We are looking for experienced developers with excellent technical skills and an aptitude for Cloud Application Development. The team will be working in a scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing applications and enhancements to the C4C solution.

Summary & Role Information:

• Responsibilities will include all aspects of software development from design to coding and testing.

• Tasks include taking ownership of the complete design, implementation, testing and customer support for the releases that is already in the market.

• You will have an opportunity to understand the complete C4C Cycle by collaborating within and outside the team including Product Management and UX designers.

• You will directly interact with internal and external customers.

• Support the roll-in process by analyzing customer needs and translating business requirements into design and implementation.

• Work in accordance with agile development models (Scrum, Agile).

Experience (Role Requirements):

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• Strong in OOPs concepts.

• 3-6 years of development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular and JavaScript.

• Experience in developing cloud native applications would be an added advantage.

• Experience in Kubernetes and MongoDB would be an added advantage.

• Experience in C4C framework would be an added advantage.

• Experience in development projects having shorter cycles.

• C4C functional knowledge is nice to have.

• Good understanding of SAP Development process and ability to work on multiple releases in parallel.

• Ability to work in a distributed Team.
