The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Developer to work in GS Business ByDesign team –

• To understand, design, code, test and maintain product features
• To take responsibility for delivery of complex backlog items with realistic effort estimates and in high quality
• To follow SAP & Product defined programming standards and conventions
• To contribute to customer engagement topics based on expertise
• To work collaboratively in co-located and cross-located teams
• To mentor junior team members w.r.t guidelines and standards
• To keep himself / herself abreast with latest technological developments at SAP and enable usage of same in the product

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum 3 -4 of experience in development (ABAP)
• Have results driven personality, high enthusiasm, energy and confidence.
• Self-motivated, ability and willingness to quickly take responsibility and to execute.
• Strong social skills and team player – consensus building and openness to new ideas and intercultural co-operation.
• LEAN thinking with Scrum/Agile Development experience
• Has good functional knowledge in Cloud ERP with ByD product experience (Preferred)
